Making Mold
We use the 3D printer produce exquisitely precise wax models, and then made into silver edition model, true and accurate to keep original design style.
Wax Setting
Setting small cz on the wax can make the jewelry with smooth line and improve the efficiency.

Casting

Filling
Filling is an important part. It can avoid your jewelry out of shape. And we will do the soldering, first polishing at the same time. After this the jewelry will be glossy and lovely.
High Quality Polish
We use the polish machine polish surface and detail to make the jewelry with mental and bright.
Laser
For this step we can put your logo on your jewelry by laser machine then your jewelry will be more personalize.
Plating
The jewelry usually plated with white gold, 14K gold, 18K gold and rose gold that will let the jewelry more colorful.
QC
The whole process ends up with strict QC. They will check the stone setting, polish and the plating color. The QC also runs through every main step which is necessary for a perfect art work.
