🔴The quality of red agate is mainly determined by color, texture, grain and other factors. The brighter the color and the clearer the texture, the higher the quality of the red agate.

• 🔻Color:The color of baked agate usually appears unnatural, mainly maroon and dark red, and may have yellow tones. Unlike natural agate, the texture of baked agate presents a glassy texture, which is clearly different from the texture and color of natural formation.

• 🔻Texture (flame pattern):The surface of the baked agate has regular flame patterns, usually willow fire lines. Different from the fire lines of natural agate, the fire lines of baked agate show small mouth cracking, like independent willow leaves.

🔴True agate color is bright and shiny, while the color and light of fake agate are worse, and the contrast between the two is more obvious.
