▶The model modification is the process of trimming the jewelry castings to achieve beautiful shape and smooth surface.The ultimate goal is to restore the jewelry to its original shape.

✅Why should need to model modification?

➡There is a water orifice on the jewelry casting.

➡There will be more or less defects in the cast jewelry castings, such as deformation, sand holes, rough edges, etc.

✅The tools commonly used in the process of model modification are crane, file, cutting pliers.

⏩First, the crane knocked off the excess water nozzle.

⏩Second, file repair file mouth and uneven places.

⏩Third, cut pliers to trim excess corners.

⏩Fourth, the sandpaper rod grinding surface is smooth without file marks.
